Dr. Antoinette (Toni) Jenkins serves as Senior Vice President and Senior Consultant of Stowell & Associates.  In this multi-faceted role, Toni partners with the Founder & CEO in guiding the firm’s strategy and management, and provides expert consultation to organizational and individual clients.

For over 15 years, Toni has established a dynamic career as an educator, human resources professional, career development advisor, and entrepreneur.  Toni has pursued her passion for meaningful work by devoting much of her professional experience to fostering learning and development of people and organizations in the non-profit sector and academia.

In addition to her work at Stowell & Associates, Toni is an adjunct faculty member in the Business and Public Services Division of Northern Virginia Community College, where she applies principles of adult learning to develop and facilitate meaningful learning experiences for undergraduate business students.  She teaches a broad range of courses on human resource and operations management, entrepreneurship, and general business administration.

Toni earned a Doctor of Education degree in Human and Organizational Learning from The George Washington University, where her research focused on the relationship between organizational culture and social impact.  She also holds a Master of Business Administration degree from University of Maryland University College, and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from George Mason University.  Her professional credentials include Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certifications.
